Lower ground windows do not open so room stuffy and airless. Stain mattress cover and stained quilt. Staff where not very friendly but weren't rude just came over as not bothered
Stayed for two nights. Few things forgotten in our room but staff were quick to fix! Lorraine was able to fit us in for supper on a busy Friday night, so thank you Lorraine! Joanne was great as well getting us whatever we needed even though it is apparent that there is not enough staff for the time of year. They told us that supper may take a bit of time because of there were 7 of us but it was out in a timely manner from chef Gabrial! So thank you to all for accommodating our last minute timings!
We recently booked an overnight stay and had a great experience! All the members of staff we talked to were very kind and Callum at reception arranged for us to be able to grab some breakfast before 7AM as we had an early event to get to, which was very appreciated. The area is very nice and quiet and the room was very clean.
Excellent location. Avoid the dinner menu which is a Premier Inn "reduced menu" which is frankly not worth looking at. We had booked meal-deal a while ago but organised a refund and just took the breakfast which was fine. Premier Inn is bike friendly and good value.
Perfect for a golf weekend in Aviemore. Only issue can be poor phone reception, but this is well advertised when booking and on site, so no complaints.
Great location in Aviemore just 5min walk from the centre. Relatively automated process checking in normally but when we arrived the auto-checkin machine was broken. Wasn’t an issue though as we were greeted quickly by a staff member. Only delay really was we paid for early check in but our room wasn’t ready so we had to be moved. Our room was compact but perfectly fine for our stay. Spotlessly clean with usual tea and coffee selection. Bathroom offered free hand soap and shower gel. As others have said 4 and 5g is virtually non existent but it does offer slow free WiFi for basic browsing, messages etc but not anything close to streaming movies. Plenty of free parking on site but spaces are small. Just put your VRM into the machine at the main door. Overall perfectly adequate stay.

This premier inn was great. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Perfect position in aviemore for everything local, plenty of parking, electric hookups. Room was clean. We arrived later than expected but they still cooked for us. They have their own thyme restaurant at this one, there is a bar aswell. Would definitely use again
